The Lonely
A Tribute to Roy OrbisonApr. 4, 2017

  • Roy Orbisons music defined a world unto itself, a true master of the romantic apocalypse we all dread. Although Roy is counted as a rock n roll pioneer, the structure and theme of his songs defy convention. Roy didn't just sing beautifully, he sang broken heartedly. He has been described as timeless, bordering on the eccentric and within a hairs breadth of being weird.

The Lonely are a group of experienced musicians and performers who share a deep love and appreciation of the songs of Roy Orbison. The band approach the music with humble spirit and attempt to recreate the sensitivity and feel of the original recordings.
