Chris GibbsSat. Oct. 14, 2017

  • Chris Gibbs is a British comedian whose show playfully explores the fears, worries and surprises of being a new father, and the absolute terror of wanting to be a good one. Chris has been unqualified for many jobs... he was an overweight acrobat, a private school English teacher whose only qualification was a British accent, and a Titanic Museum re-enactor fired after one day for 'adding a few jokes'. Then he found himself in the most difficult, most important job of all... fatherhood.

"A thoroughly entertaining and hilarious show that has my highest recommendation." - Dean Jenkinson, CBC

Barbra LicaSat. April 7, 2018

  • Barbra Lica is a Canadian singer who creates witty, mad tunes out of her ups and downs, and has her own way with jazz standards. Her voice is light and her style a quirky pop/jazz combo with a complementary backup band. She says: "I like to sing and write about some of the more embarrassing parts of being me. I think I look for audiences who can laugh at themselves a bit, laugh at me... celebrate our imperfections together."
