Held annually on the the Labour Day weekend, this event has become one of the signature summer events of Canmore, now in its 24th year.

A tantalizing new event, this will feature socializing over premium Scotches, fine wines, Big Rock tasters and finger food. Tickets include the first two beverage-tasting tickets, with more on sale at the event.

Sun, Aug 31 - Full Highland Games
gates open at 7 am, close at 6 pm, Centennial Park

Includes a full day of highland dancing, piping & drumming, heavy sports, sheep dogs, Celtic vendors, clan tents, traditional food and beverage, beer garden with all-day Celtic entertainment and massed bands.

Sun, Aug 31 - Evening Ceilidh
6 - 11 pm, Big Rock Festival Tent, Centennial Park

A celebration of all things Scottish to close the day with music and dance. Headline act for this event is Solstice. Solstice is one of Canada's most exciting and prolific Celtic folk bands. Based in Montreal, Solstice has been delighting audiences across North America and Europe for over a decade with their explosive live performances.
